Rules & Regulations

SHOW PREPARATION
The vehicle entry deadline is Wednesday, April 10, 2013. A $20.00 late fee will be assessed after the deadline. No entry forms will be accepted after Friday, April 12, 2013. Competitors will not be allowed to compete in more than one category. On the day of the event, Saturday, April 13, 2013, pit gates will be open for vehicle setup from 8:00am-2:00pm. All participating vehicles, competitors and non-competitors, must be inside the pit area and ready for judging by 2:00pm. Late vehicles may risk not being entered onto the show grounds and/or not being judged.

There will be a designated standby area until instructed by an official to move vehicles for placement. Any special presentations surrounding a competitor’s vehicle may need the approval from event officials and staff as not to interfere with the overall Smokin’ Wheels/AUTOFIESTA image. All competitors will be allowed a 4-foot margin around their vehicle as show area. Staff will position vehicles both for aesthetic appeal and presentation. It is the responsibility of the competitor to provide their own electricity, via: power inverters or other means (with the approval of officials/staff.) Flammable materials and unsafe lighting are not permitted in a display. Your vehicle display must also protect itself from the crowd. Hafadaze.com, Smokin’ Wheels, and sponsors will not be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the show.

JUDGING
The judging team will consist of five judges, who may be accompanied by assistants and consultants at any time. Judges may touch a vehicle entry to check for dirt, paint condition, or product installation. The owner or representative is advised to be present during the judging process. Regardless of owner/representative’s presence, judges will still perform their duties. Judges‘ decisions are final.

FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW
Good conduct shall be enforced during the show. Burnouts, unsportsmanlike conduct, profanity, fighting, damaging property, or display of conduct deemed objectionable by show officials will not be tolerated. Violators will be disqualified and may be banned from future events held by HafaDaze.com or Smokin’ Wheels. Displays may not be dismantled until instructed by event officials and staff; this includes the moving of vehicles from its designated areas. Vehicle entries may not be driven around at any time. This safety rule will be enforced to protect show attendees. HafaDaze.com and Smokin’ Wheels will do all in its power to cooperate with those participating to ensure a successful event. Questions or clarifications should be presented to any event official or staff member.

DISCLAIMER
In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants release and hold harmless HafaDaze.com, Smokin’ Wheels, Guam International Raceway and all participating sponsors from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause that may be suffered by an entrant to his or her persons or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing firms of any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or participants assisting or cooperating with the entrant under the direction or control of the entrant.

Categories and scheduled events may change at any time. By signing and submitting this registration form, the entrant has read and understood the contents hereof, agrees to abide by all standards, accepts that registration is non-refundable, and agrees to give HafaDaze.com and Smokin’ Wheels and all participating sponsors permission to use their name, images, and likeness in promotional materials and publications subsequent to the event without compensation for an indefinite period of time.
