NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS

 

 

 

First of all, thank you for entering your vehicle to our car show. Your continued support is what drives us to continue creating functions that keep the scene alive.

Please note the following:

+ All participants must be on show grounds no later by 1:00PM on April 13, 2013 and ready for judging by 2:00PM. The pit gates will be open from 8:00AM – 1:00PM. Once the gates are closed you risk being disqualified for the show. No refunds will be issued.

+ The #PEOPLE’S CHOICE category will be determined by how many likes are received on Instagram by 8PM, April 13, 2013. Each vehicle will be posted in the order that they are registered. This is an incentive for you to check in your vehicle as early as 8AM. The longer your photos are up, the better chance you have at accumulating more “likes,” in this case, votes.

+ The judging criteria will be available at Proline Guam after 2PM on April 03, 2013.

+ Vehicles will be parked according to their category. Upon check-in, we will coordinate the parking of your vehicles.

+ We realize that car group tents are essential for Guam auto shows. This is actively on our agenda for discussion and will release details on this topic when available. It is safe to assume that there WILL be a designated tent area for groups.

+ Decals will be issued at check-in

+ Complimentary passes will be issues at check-in.

+ Prizes include a plaque for all vehicles who place in their respective categories from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. A cash prize and prize bundle will be issued to all first place winners. A prize bundle will be issued to all 2nd and 3rd place winners.

+ Vehicles must remain parked throughout the duration of the show as part of safety rules. Official breakdown time is at 11:00pm unless advised otherwise.
